Cancellation Policy

At Keep Mahjing On, I understand that life happens—kids get sick, meetings run late, and sometimes plans just change. While I aim to be as flexible and understanding as possible, I also ask that my time and preparation be respected.

Please note the following:

🌸 Private Lessons & Group Events
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled based on availability.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable, and rescheduling is not guaranteed.

🌸 Workshops & Open Play Events
All sales are final for special events and open play sessions. If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to a friend—just let me know!

This policy helps ensure fairness for all students and attendees and allows me to continue creating the best experience possible for everyone.
